We currently accept BCBS insurance in Texas, Colorado, Florida, and Vermont. If you want to start counseling with Mending Hearts Counseling, please call your BCBS insurance provider and ask if your therapist is in the network with your plan. Request an Eligibility of Benefits (EOB). Please fax the EOB to 210-899-1415. If we are not in-network with BCBS insurance, please request a single case agreement while we work on getting credentialed.
